**Skills Needed:**
- Ability to work well with others and lead groups
- Strong skills in helping customers - Knowledge of pharmacy and hospital computer systems
- Understanding of how health care payments work
**Work Schedule:**
The job is during the day, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. The specialist will also meet with doctors and attend meetings, so they need to be flexible with their schedule.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
- We prefer someone who has completed a PGY2 Residency Training in Pediatrics.
- We will also consider someone with a PGY1 Residency and 3 years of experience in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
**Education:**
- You need a Doctorate of Pharmacy degree.
- It’s also preferred that you have completed an ASHP accredited pharmacy practice residency or fellowship, or show that you have similar experience.
**Licenses/Certifications:**
- You must have a license to practice in Texas.
- You should have Pharmacy Sterile Product certification through our program or another accredited program if needed.
