**Primary Objective**   To facilitate engineering, design, and project management for assigned initiatives.  

**Key Responsibilities**  

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external entities (architects, engineers, construction teams) to streamline engineering and design efforts, establishing well-defined project scopes.

- Mentor Project Engineers, fostering their professional development and enhancing team capabilities.

- Develop comprehensive project scopes in conjunction with the project team, aligned with the requirements of internal customers. Conduct thorough research, evaluation, engineering, and design processes.

- Oversee project execution, ensuring that construction, renovation, and other project activities are completed within predetermined timelines and budgets.

- Implement and uphold safety policies and standards throughout all project stages, ensuring compliance and promoting a culture of safety.

- Ensure the delivery of high-quality project outcomes, adhering to scheduled timelines and budget constraints. Provide periodic reports as required by stakeholders.

- Demonstrate strong teamwork and problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.

- Manage project administration and coordinate internal resources efficiently.

- Utilize Microsoft Project for detailed scheduling and tracking of project progress.

**Qualifications and Skills**  

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Agricultural) is required.

- Previous experience in the poultry industry is mandatory.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong collaboration skills are essential.
