A top company that provides complete electrical work is looking for a driven Project Manager who has experience with estimating to join their electrical team. 

This person will manage electrical projects for factories, businesses, and government facilities from the planning stage until they are completed. 

The best candidate will have strong leadership, organizational skills, and estimating abilities to make sure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and with high-quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage all parts of electrical projects, including scheduling, budgeting, buying materials, coordinating with subcontractors, and working with clients.

- Prepare detailed estimates, material lists, and proposals for industrial, commercial, and government projects.

- Review and understand plans, specifications, and contracts to create accurate project scopes and budgets.

- Lead project kickoff meetings, track progress, and provide updates to clients and company leaders.

- Work closely with field supervisors, electricians, and subcontractors to ensure the work meets codes and the project requirements.

- Manage project change orders, requests for information (RFIs), and keep control of costs while ensuring projects are profitable and efficient.

- Be the main contact for clients, ensuring good communication, solving problems, and keeping customers happy. - Encourage a safe work environment and enforce the company’s safety rules on all job sites.

 

**Qualifications**

- At least 5 years of experience in electrical project management with an electrical contractor (preferably in industrial, commercial, or government projects).

- Proven experience in electrical estimating with the ability to create accurate bids and cost analysis.

- Good understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

- Skilled in reading and understanding blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.

- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

- Comfortable using Microsoft Office; experience with estimating or project management software is a plus.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred (experience can be a substitute).
