**Job Responsibilities:**

- Administer and facilitate treatment and rehabilitation protocols for patients, implementing foundational assessment methodologies such as standardized psychological evaluations, clinical interviews, mental status examinations, substance use assessments, as well as psychological and nursing evaluations.  

- Formulate and identify mental health and nursing diagnoses while providing comprehensive patient education regarding treatment plans.

- Continuously observe, monitor, document, and report on patients’ progress and healthcare outcomes.

- Conduct, or assist in, both group and individual counseling sessions, therapeutic communities, and associated milieu interventions.

- Implement precautionary protocols to mitigate the risk of patient injury and suicide ideation.

- Provide assistance to patients with their nutritional needs, personal hygiene, and comfort requirements.

- Accurately obtain and record vital signs as part of patient monitoring.

- Facilitate coordination with ancillary agencies for comprehensive patient care, including treatment, prevention, rehabilitation, and administrative operations, as well as source collateral information from military and community organizations.

- Clarify and communicate the offerings of mental health services to patients and stakeholders.

- Facilitate or organize referrals to public, private, and military community agencies for specialized patient support.

- Prepare and maintain detailed records and documentation pertinent to specialty services and individual treatment plans. 

- Support the care of individuals experiencing acute and post-traumatic stress responses.

- Ensure accurate preparation and maintenance of treatment documentation.

**Work Schedule:** The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, consisting of 8.5 hours between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM, inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break. There are no weekend shifts, on-call duties, or holiday obligations.

**Minimum Qualifications for LVN/LPN:** -

 **Education:** Must have a certificate from an accredited community college, junior college, university, or a vocational nursing program authorized by the relevant state agency and accredited by a recognized body such as the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) at the time of graduation.   - 

**Experience:** A minimum of one year of practical or vocational nursing experience post-graduation is required.

 **License:** Must possess a current, full, active, and unrestricted license as a practical or vocational nurse.

**Life Support Certification:

** Required to have a current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.

**Security Clearance:** Candidate must be able to successfully pass a government background check and obtain security clearance.

**Minimum Qualifications for Psychiatric Technician:** -

**Education:** Completion of an accredited Psychiatric Technician Program; alternatively, candidates may fulfill the education and experience criteria outlined by the American Association of Psychiatric Technicians or have equivalent education and training as a behavioral science specialist/technician from United States military service, including credentials for an Armed Forces course on psychiatric technician training or a civilian program accredited in behavioral health patient care.

 **Experience:** Minimum of one year of professional experience post-graduation is required.

**Life Support Certification:** A valid AHA or ARC BLS Healthcare Provider certification is mandatory.

**Security Clearance:** Candidate must pass a government background check and meet security clearance requirements.
