**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

 

- Execute and process X-ray imaging using portable digital radiography (DR) or computed radiography (CR) systems, transmitting the images to a Radiologist for diagnostic interpretation.

- Unload portable X-ray apparatus and transport it to designated facilities to conduct imaging studies as ordered by physicians, ensuring the acquisition of diagnostically meaningful and technically proficient X-ray images.

- Administer EKGs as required, transmitting results to a Cardiologist for review and interpretation.

- Scan and upload exam-related documentation and billing forms daily, adhering to established protocols.

- Engage in regular communication with dispatch and management teams to ensure operational efficiency.

- Interact professionally and communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisory personnel, and clients, fostering collaborative interactions.

- Maintain operational readiness of both the vehicle and X-ray equipment to ensure optimal performance.

 

Shift - 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM

 

**Qualifications:**

- ARRT Certification (Registered Technologist in Radiography)

- Maintain all requisite state licenses and/or ARRT credentials, alongside meeting health and operational standards. - Possess a valid driver's license within the respective state, ensuring it remains in good standing at all times.

- COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory for all personnel; exemptions require appropriate documentation supporting the request.

 

**Certification Requirements:**

 

- ARRT certification is essential.

**State License Requirements:**

- Must hold a South Carolina state license.

- Compact licensure is accepted.

**Additional License Restrictions:**

- Limited licenses are not acceptable for this position.
