As a Registered Nurse in Behavioral Health, you will play a critical role in assessing, planning, and implementing patient care strategies tailored to individual needs. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Participate in case management and discharge planning
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards

Requirements

• Graduate of a Registered Nursing program.
• Current BCLS certification
• Current Iowa Registered Nurse License or compact state nursing license giving the ability to practice In Iowa.
