**Job Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care outcomes concerning clinical efficacy, quality metrics, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to established standards of care, including compliance with policies, procedures, and clinical practice guidelines relevant to the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF).
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and obtain detailed health histories.
- Implement health promotion strategies, provide counseling, and deliver patient education.
- Administer pharmacological therapies, perform wound care, and execute tailored interventions as per patient needs.
- Direct and supervise nursing and ancillary staff in the delivery of patient care.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities based on the scope of practice and competencies of the assigned healthcare personnel.
- Identify adverse clinical signs or symptoms and manage emergency situations with appropriate urgency.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among diverse stakeholders to relay care plans or actions, enhancing education for patients, families, and the healthcare organization.
- Coordinate referral appointments and arrange for specialty consultations as clinically indicated.
- Execute nursing services as stipulated in the contractual agreement.
- Engage in research initiatives aimed at advancing clinical practices and improving patient outcomes.
**Work Schedule:** - Monday to Friday, with a total of 9 hours scheduled between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, inclusive of a one-hour lunch break.
- No weekend, on-call, or holiday duties.
**Minimum Qualifications:** -
**Education:** An Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. -
**Experience:** A minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience within the last two years. -
**License and Certification:** Possession of an active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license from any state.
- **Life Support Certification:** Current AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification. -
**Security Clearance:** Capability to successfully undergo a government background check/security clearance process.
