**Patient Care Coordination:** Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to optimize clinical outcomes, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness in care delivery. -
**Compliance Oversight:** Uphold standards of care in alignment with institutional policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines as set forth by the Military Treatment Facility (MTF).

**Clinical Assessments:** Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and document detailed health histories.
- **Health Promotion and Education:** Provide evidence-based counseling and educational interventions aimed at promoting health and wellness among patients.

**Clinical Interventions:** Administer medications, perform wound care, and carry out a variety of tailored interventions based on individual patient needs.

**Supervision of Care Delivery:** Oversee and direct care provided by fellow healthcare professionals, ensuring adherence to best practices.

**Patient Care Assignment Accountability:** Effectively assign patient care responsibilities, taking into account the scope of practice and competency levels of assigned personnel.

**Emergency Response:** Identify and address adverse signs and symptoms promptly, demonstrating swift action in emergency situations.

**Interdisciplinary Communication:
** Facilitate clear communication and collaboration among diverse healthcare team members to share care plans and educational information beneficial to patients and their families.

**Specialty Care Coordination:** Schedule referral appointments and organize access to specialty care services as warranted.

**Nursing Services Execution:** Deliver nursing interventions as specified in the task order (TO).

**Research Engagement:** Participate in research initiatives focused on enhancing clinical practice and improving patient outcomes.
**Schedule:** - Monday to Friday, 9-hour shifts scheduled between 6:30 AM and 5:30 PM, includes a one-hour lunch break. - No weekend or holiday shifts.
**Minimum Qualifications:** -
**Education:** Associate's Degree in Nursing or equivalent. -
**Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a Pediatric Outpatient Clinic setting as a Registered Nurse (RN). -
**Licensure:** Must hold a current, active, and unrestricted RN license from any state. -
**Life Support Certification:** Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC required.
- **Security Clearance:** Ability to pass a government background check/security clearance is mandatory.
