**Patient Care Coordination:** Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal clinical outcomes, balancing quality of care with cost-effectiveness. -
**Compliance Oversight:** Uphold standards of care in adherence to established policies, procedures, and guidelines within the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF). -
**Assessment and Evaluation:** Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and obtain detailed health histories from patients. -
**Health Promotion and Education:** Deliver targeted health promotion initiatives, counseling, and educational resources to patients and their families. -
**Clinical Interventions:** Administer prescribed medications, provide advanced wound care, and implement other individualized therapeutic interventions. -
**Supervision of Care Providers:** Directly oversee the activities of healthcare personnel, ensuring alignment with their training and competencies. -
**Patient Assignment Accountability:** Strategically allocate patient care tasks based on the clinical capabilities and professional scope of the assigned staff. -
**Emergency Response:** Identify and assess adverse clinical signs and symptoms, effectively mobilizing resources in emergent situations. -
**Interdisciplinary Communication:*

**Referral Management:** Coordinate specialty care and manage appointment scheduling to ensure continuity of care. -
**Nursing Services Execution:** Conduct nursing tasks as delineated in the Task Order (TO). -
**Research Initiatives:** Engage in research activities aimed at advancing clinical practice and improving patient outcomes.
**Work Schedule:** - Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, inclusive of a designated lunch break. No weekend or holiday shifts required.
**Minimum Qualifications:** -
**Education:** Associate Degree in Nursing. -
**Experience:** At least 1 year of clinical experience within the past 3 years in an outpatient or ambulatory care environment. -
**License:** Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license. -
**Board Certification:** Not applicable. -
**Life Support Certification:** Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. -
**Security Clearance:** Must successfully pass a government background investigation and obtain a security clearance.
