**Position Overview: Oncology Registered Nurse (RN)**
The Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) is tasked with delivering comprehensive, patient-centric care through the application of the nursing process.
This role involves integrating clinical expertise with interdisciplinary collaboration, directly working with physicians and other members of the healthcare team to enhance outcomes.
The RN provides both physical and psychological support to patients and their families, while also overseeing task-oriented team members in accordance with established protocols.
The RN reports to the Nurse Manager, with accountability ultimately resting with the Chief Nursing Officer.
**Qualifications:**

**Education:** Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- **Experience:** Previous clinical nursing experience is mandatory.
**[REQUIRED]** - **Licensure:** Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire, validated via Nursys. ** -
**Certifications:** - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. **
]** - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
**** - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is highly preferred.
**Certification Requirements:** - BLS (AHA)
**State License Requirements:**
- Must possess a current RN license in the state of New Hampshire.
