**Job Responsibilities:**
Your tasks may include the following:
- Work together with different healthcare workers to take care of patients. Help ensure good results for patients in terms of care, quality, and costs.
- Follow the rules for care and practice. Make sure everything is done according to the policies and guidelines of the medical facility.
- Check patients by doing physical exams and taking health histories.
- Help patients understand their health better through education and counseling.
- Give medications, care for wounds, and perform other personal care tasks.
- Oversee and guide the care given by other healthcare staff.
- Assign patient care tasks based on the abilities and skills of the staff.
- Notice any bad signs or symptoms in patients and act quickly in emergencies.
- Share information and work with different people to let the healthcare team know about plans and actions. Teach and support patients and their families.
- Schedule appointments for patients and set up specialty care when needed.
- Provide nursing services as listed in the job description.
- Conduct research to improve practices and patient outcomes.
**Schedule:**
- Monday to Friday, working 9 hours between 6:30 AM and 5:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
- No work on weekends or holidays.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
- Education: At least an Associate's Degree in Nursing.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Licensure: A current, unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) from any state.
- Life Support Certification: Must have a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC.
- Security: Must be able to pass a government background check for security clearance.
