We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing respiratory care to patients during night shifts. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the well-being and recovery of individuals with respiratory illnesses. As an RRT, you will be involved in a variety of projects aimed at improving patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patients with respiratory disorders.
- Administer respiratory treatments and therapies as prescribed.
- Monitor and adjust ventilator settings for patients in critical care.
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory disease management.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide immediate respiratory support.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to respiratory care.
Requirements:
- **Qualifications**

- - A minimum of three years of experience in an acute care environment is required.
- - Demonstrated high proficiency in the use of ventilators is essential.
- - Experience with Home Health Nursing (HHN), BiPAP, and CPAP is preferred.
- - Prior experience with travel assignments is highly encouraged.
- - Candidates must be willing to apply for a temporary New Hampshire Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license, which has a processing timeframe of 7 to 14 days.

- - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is mandatory.
- - National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) certification is required.
