A well-known jewelry store is looking for a motivated and energetic Retail Sales Manager.
This person will help our team reach and go beyond our sales goals. We need someone who is proactive, cares about store results, and has grea
t leadership skills. This manager will be focused on providing excellent customer experiences and boosting sales.
The right candidate should be available to work full-time from Tuesday to Saturday.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Sales and Business Growth:** - Hire, lead, and train a team of Customer Experience Assistants, Jewelry Consultants, and Concierges to achieve sales targets every quarter.
- Understand business processes and important performance goals, helping each team member reach their targets. - Improve showroom sales by looking at data, spotting areas to improve, and putting new plans into action.
**Store Performance:**
- Take responsibility for the showroom and office operations to ensure they provide excellent customer service and run smoothly.
- Implement improvements and policies to enhance the customer experience and the store's performance.
- Work with scheduling analysts to create and manage a team schedule, making sure all duties and appointments are covered.
**Leadership and Team Development:**
- Create a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and action to help the team provide great customer service. - Offer ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to build the team's skills.
- Participate in hiring processes to bring in high-performing team members.
- Set an example by meeting with customers in person and showing jewelry in our luxury store.
**Customer Experience Management:** - Always look for ways to improve the customer experience and work with the customer care team to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Keep the showroom looking luxurious and ensure that visual displays and store operations meet high standards. - Respond to customer questions via phone, email, and live chat, providing personalized and excellent service.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
- Work with different departments, including operations, merchandising, marketing, HR, and customer care, to help grow the business and keep customers happy.
- Bring new ideas to improve processes and customer engagement.
**Qualifications:** - Experience managing people in retail or sales, focusing on meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and build a high-performing team.
- Good business sense with the ability to analyze data and make smart decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience with CRM software.
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- A college degree or similar is preferred.
- A commitment to respect and inclusion in the workplace.
- Interest in socially and environmentally responsible products and companies is a plus.
