**POSITION SUMMARY**  

This role operates under the supervision of the Master Scheduling Manager, focusing on various scheduling functions within the framework of FDA, FSMA, and GFSI regulations. 

It emphasizes adherence to stipulated food safety standards essential for the secure production of food within designated risk categories across the facility and office settings.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**  .

**Key Responsibilities:**  

1. Utilize forecasting software to analyze and determine production requirements accurately. 

2. Schedule production runs collaboratively with both internal teams and external co-packers.  

3. Assign new item SKUs and establish the production workflow accordingly.  

4. Oversee rework processes at both Company and co-packer locations.  

5. Manage the processing and logistics of shipments for finished goods to BBI and external warehouses, coordinating closely with co-packers and freight carriers when necessary.  

6. Obtain and verify required ingredient documentation from the Supply Chain department for co-packers.  

7. Reconcile invoices from co-packers and supply all necessary documentation to the Accounts Payable department as needed.  

8. Update pricing for co-packers and quarterly adjust spray dry base sales prices in the ERP system or as required.  

9. Establish ingredient requirements for forthcoming production campaigns effectively.  

10. Execute production orders in the ERP system for products manufactured at co-packer locations.  

11. Reconcile inventory discrepancies at co-packers post-production campaign.  

12. Coordinate the return of any unutilized raw ingredients to the Company upon completion of co-packer production campaigns.  

13. Input shipment loads into the TMS system as required.

**Education:**   Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related discipline.  

**Experience:**   A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on relevant operational fields.  

**Computer Skills:**   Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Experience with ERP/MRP systems is essential.  

**Work Schedule:**   8 AM to 4 PM.
