The role is predominantly client-facing, positioning the individual as the primary contact for managing cash flow, processing payables and receivables, reviewing reconciliations, and ensuring financial accuracy across various accounts. 

The position entails frequent interaction with clients, vendors, and internal teams, making it well-suited for someone who prefers to be actively involved in client relationships rather than working solely behind the scenes.

Additionally, this role offers exposure to specialized areas such as royalty statements, touring finances, and accounting within the entertainment industry, opportunities that are less common in traditional accounting positions.

**Qualifications**  

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting  

- 5 to 7 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience  

- Experience in accounts payable and receivable  

- Proficiency in bank and credit card reconciliations  

- Familiarity with general ledger practices  

- Competence in cash flow management  

- Proficiency in QuickBooks  

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel  

- Experience in client-facing roles  

- Strong organizational abilities  

- Capacity to manage multiple clients and deadlines
