As a Senior Associate, you will engage in a variety of complex assignments related to business valuations, forensic investigations, litigation support, and financial analysis. 

Key responsibilities will include conducting in-depth analyses of financial statements, constructing advanced valuation models, evaluating economic damages, and drafting comprehensive reports for legal and transactional purposes.

Collaboration with senior team members and direct client interaction will provide exposure to intricate cases, including shareholder disputes, fraud investigations, matrimonial litigation, and transaction-related valuations. 

The role demands a high level of analytical acumen, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to distill intricate financial data into coherent and defensible conclusions.

**Qualifications:** - US CPA or Canadian CPA (or actively pursuing)

- 3–5 years of experience in public accounting or valuation

- Proven financial modeling and valuation expertise

- Strong proficiency in Excel and analytical methodologies

- Experience in financial statement analysis

- Solid understanding of business valuation methodologies

- Exceptional written communication skills and report writing capabilities
