The Senior Manager in Tax will be responsible for overseeing complex tax engagements encompassing corporate, partnership, pass-through, and individual clients. 

This role emphasizes proactive planning discussions that extend beyond mere compliance.

Key responsibilities include the meticulous review of tax returns, management of concurrent client engagements, and resolution of intricate tax issues. 

Additionally, you'll provide strategic advice on structuring, planning, and identifying risk areas. Collaboration with partners will be crucial for optimizing workflow, client service delivery, and uncovering further advisory opportunities within existing client accounts. 

Candidates should be adept at leading teams, performing high-level reviews, and upholding rigorous standards for both technical accuracy and client service responsiveness.

**Qualifications:** - US CPA designation is mandatory.

- 8–12 years of experience in public accounting focused on tax.

- Proficient in corporate, partnership, and pass-through tax matters.

- Demonstrated expertise in tax planning and advisory services.

- Proven track record in reviewing complex tax returns.

- Experience in leadership and staff development.

- Strong client relationship management capabilities.

- Advanced tax research and technical writing skills.
