**Qualifications:**
- Must possess a Canadian CPA designation.
- Completion of the CICA In-Depth Tax Program is required.
- 8–10+ years of public accounting tax experience is essential.
- Demonstrated expertise in both corporate and personal tax planning is needed.
- Proven experience with owner-managed business structures.
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian income tax legislation is critical.
