**Responsibilities:**

- Help review and prepare business valuations using different methods to determine value.

- Lead projects that assess the quality of earnings and conduct due diligence.

- Assist with reviews and preparations for impairment tests and price allocations needed for financial reporting according to IFRS.

- Prepare and present high-quality reports and documents for clients, such as valuation reports and databases.

- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

- Stay updated on industry trends, changes in rules, and best practices in business valuations and financial analysis.

- Guide and support other staff in their professional and personal growth.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients. - Find and take part in opportunities to grow the business. - Assist Partners with managing client relationships and developing the practice.

**Qualifications:**

- CPA and CBV certifications.

- At least 5 years of experience in valuation work with a professional services firm.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

- Strong skills in financial modeling. - Good written and spoken communication skills.

- Excellent skills in developing business opportunities.

- Proven experience in leading and managing teams.

- Ability to work quickly and handle multiple projects at the same time.
