**Job Overview**  

In this job, you will be in charge of Commercial Solar projects across the United States. 

You will work closely with other workers, clients, and project managers.

 Your job will be to lead the teams that build these projects while making sure everything is done correctly and safely.

**Who We Are Looking For**  

We want someone who has worked as a Superintendent or a Foreman and wants to move up in their career. You should have experience working on Commercial Solar projects. 

If you have safety qualifications like OSHA 30, that’s a plus!

**What You Will Do:**  

- Supervise daily construction activities to make sure projects are completed on time. You will lead teams of 10 to 50 people.  

- Use tools like ProCore to manage project schedules, track progress, and make changes if needed.  

- Ensure all safety rules (OSHA regulations) are followed to keep everyone safe on the job site.  

- Work with subcontractors and manage relationships to ensure good quality work.  

- Lead team meetings to share project updates, expectations, and safety rules.  

**Requirements:**  

- Experience in managing construction projects or as a Foreman or Superintendent on related projects, especially in solar.  

- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (you can get a truck allowance/reimbursement after 90 days).  

- Ready to travel for work: 100% (preferred).
