**Position Overview: Sr. Net Revenue Analyst**
**Hybrid Work Structure:** - In-state employees are required in the office once weekly.
- Out-of-state employees must be in the office twice annually for three-day sessions.
**Remote Work Eligibility:** The client allows remote employees exclusively from the following states: AL, AZ, AR, GA, IL, IN, KY, KS, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, WI, WV.
**Role Summary:**
The Sr. Net Revenue Analyst plays a crucial role in synthesizing complex reimbursement data to facilitate management decision-making and ensure accurate internal and external reporting for designated subsidiaries. This position encompasses coordination of reimbursement functions integral to strategic financial forecasting, while upholding the integrity of net revenue.
**Important Note:** This role is strictly not part of the revenue cycle.
**Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare and review schedules integral to the submission of Medicare, Medicaid, and Blue Cross cost reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Conduct thorough analyses of alterations in third-party cost reports compared to prior fiscal years, investigating any discrepancies.
- Develop the monthly contractual model, providing in-depth analysis of contractual allowances for assigned subsidiaries. Recommend necessary updates to assumptions or methodologies based on findings.
- Conduct comprehensive monthly reserve analyses to maintain an optimal reserve position, identifying and reporting any fluctuations compared to previously established reserves.
- Deliver intricate projections and analytical support for the budgeted net revenue throughout the fiscal year.
- Stay informed on third-party regulations and amendments, providing detailed financial impact analyses of regulatory updates, projecting implications on the subsidiary, and communicating findings as required.
- Oversee the aggregation of data and preparation of schedules for third-party financial audits, settlements, and cash reconciliations.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Required. - Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Preferred. - Minimum of three years of progressive experience in reimbursement or finance roles, specifically with reimbursement responsibilities
- Required. - Expertise in Net Revenue and/or Cost Reporting
- Required. - Experience in Home Health and/or Physician Group settings
- Preferred. - Familiarity with Kodiak RCA (formerly Crowe)
- Preferred. - MBA or CPA credentials - Preferred. - Experience in progressive management roles
- Preferred.
