**Job Summary:**  

You will be in charge of managing and coordinating the nursing services for a specific area. 

Your main goal is to provide safe and good care for patients while following the rules and policies of the healthcare facility. 

You will work well with other departments. If the Service Administrator is not available, you may take on additional administrative tasks.

**Qualifications:**  

- You need at least 5 years of experience working as a Behavioral Health Nurse Manager. This is a must.   - Experience as a Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or Preceptor will not count; you need to have worked as a Clinical Nurse Manager or in a higher position. This is also required.  

- Your experience should be in a psychiatric setting only. Work in corrections, long-term care, or nursing homes will not be accepted. This is required.  

- You should be ready to work in different units and have skills to care for patients of all ages. This is necessary. 

**Certification Requirements:**  

- You must have BLS certification (from AHA).  

**State License Requirements:**  

- You need a nursing license in Vermont.  

**Additional License Requirements:**  

- You must be eligible for and willing to get any other necessary licenses.
