**Job Description:

Location- Taylor, Michigan

Supervisor for Adult Outpatient Program**

**Overview:**
The Supervisor will manage all administrative and clinical tasks in the program. This means overseeing everything needed to provide services to the community and its clients.

**Working Hours:**
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 7 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM to 5 PM
- Saturday: 9 AM to 1 PM
- Total hours per week: 37.5
- Flexible scheduling is possible. Some evening and weekend hours may be needed based on program requirements.

**Travel:**
You will be reimbursed for mileage when using your personal vehicle for work.

**Qualifications:**
- You must have a Master’s degree from a recognized social services program and a full license in Michigan.
- You need to qualify for a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) credential at the time of hire.
- Some experience in a community mental health setting and knowledge of local resources is required.
- You should have a Certified Advanced Addictions Credential or be able to start a professional development plan within 30 days of hiring.
- You must have at least three years of experience working with adults who have mental health or substance use issues.
- You should have a good understanding of individual, family, and group treatment for mental health and substance abuse.
- You must work well with clients and the community, respect cultural differences, be organized, and be able to work both alone and as part of a team.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills are necessary.
- You need to have good organizational skills and attention to detail to manage and prepare data.
- You should know how to effectively handle crises.

**Additional License Requirements:**
You must have one of the following full licenses: LMSW, LPC, or LLP.
