This position is tailored for seasoned professionals aiming to deepen their expertise in M&A and financial due diligence within the middle-market space.

As a Supervisor, you will spearhead both buy-side and sell-side due diligence projects, typically involving transactions valued between $25M and $100M.

Your responsibilities will include a thorough analysis of financial statements, pinpointing critical EBITDA adjustments, evaluating working capital dynamics, and assessing both historical and projected financial performance.

You will manage engagements from inception to completion, which entails reviewing workpapers, drafting comprehensive due diligence reports, and presenting your findings to internal stakeholders and clients.

Collaboration will be key as you work alongside buyers, investors, and business owners, providing insights that directly influence deal decisions, valuations, and structuring strategies.

Beyond the technical responsibilities, you will take on a leadership role, mentoring and training junior staff, overseeing workflow management, and identifying opportunities to broaden service offerings within established client relationships.

This role presents a compelling opportunity for candidates transitioning from audit or transaction advisory backgrounds, seeking greater deal exposure, increased ownership over engagements, and a clear trajectory toward advanced M&A advisory positions.
