We are currently seeking a dedicated X-Ray Technologist  This position is for night shifts and plays a crucial role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services. As an X-Ray Technologist, you will be responsible for operating X-ray equipment to produce images of tissues, organs, bones, and vessels to assist in the diagnosis of medical conditions. This role is essential in helping healthcare professionals make accurate and timely decisions for patient care.

As an X-Ray Technologist , you will be involved in a variety of projects, including conducting X-ray procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort during imaging, maintaining accurate patient records, and collaborating with radiologists and other medical staff. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the well-being of patients while utilizing your technical skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate X-ray equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
• Position patients correctly and effectively for imaging procedures.
• Follow protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff during X-ray examinations.
• Monitor and maintain the proper functioning of X-ray equipment.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to interpret imaging results.
• Ensure patient comfort and provide support during imaging procedures.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and safety standards in the healthcare setting.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures performed.

Requirements:

- Must have at least 2 years of experience.  

- Must have BLS (AHA) and ARRT certifications.  

- Must have an Illinois Radiologic Technologist License.  

- Must have experience in Emergency Room (ER) and Surgery.  

- Must be okay with working only on weekends.
