Help rescued animals get the care they need; all from your home! Romania Animal Rescue connects fosters, adopters, and vets through virtual appointments, and we need a Telehealth Coordinator to keep everything running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage virtual vet appointments.
• Guide fosters/adopters on using video calls and sharing updates.
• Track cases, upload photos/videos, and keep records organized.
• Send follow-up care instructions and reminders.
• Escalate urgent cases to our veterinary partners.

Requirements:

• Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-friendly.
• Comfortable with scheduling, video calls, and documentation.
• Compassionate and patient with animals and people.
• Experience in admin, customer service, or coordination? Perfect! Animal background? A bonus, not required.
