As we continue to grow, we are hiring motivated Marketing & Outreach Officers to drive the adoption of our platform in schools, communities, and online spaces.

Job Description

The Marketing & Outreach Officer will promote Peer2Learn, onboard new users, and support engagement activities across schools and digital channels. This role requires an energetic, persuasive communicator who is comfortable speaking with students, parents, and school administrators.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Peer2Learn in schools, communities, and online channels.
• Conduct field visits to schools to introduce the platform and onboard users.
• Assist students and tutors with account setup and platform registration.
• Support marketing campaigns, awareness activities, and local events.
• Follow up with newly onboarded users to ensure engagement and retention.
• Meet weekly and monthly user acquisition targets.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and feedback.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• SSCE (OND/HND/BSc is an added advantage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with field marketing and public speaking.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic smartphone and computer literacy.
• Target-driven and organized.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in marketing, sales, field promotion, or school outreach.
• Familiarity with EdTech platforms or student-focused services.
• Experience using social media for marketing.

Work Environment

• Remote work with a flexible schedule.
• Occasional field visits to schools for marketing and onboarding.
• Reports remotely to the Marketing & Growth Lead.
