Job Overview

SabiPromote is seeking a proactive and committed Vendor Field Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will identify and onboard vendors, promote our available subscription plans, and provide continuous support to ensure every vendor thrives on our platform. This is a fully remote role that offers flexibility, a competitive base salary, and performance-driven incentives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Vendor Registration

• Identify and approach potential vendors.
• Guide new vendors through the onboarding and registration process efficiently.

2. Plan Promotion & Sales

• Promote and explain the benefits of SabiPromote’s available plans.
• Assist vendors in selecting and purchasing the most suitable plan.

3. Vendor Support

• Provide responsive and helpful support for vendor-related inquiries.
• Assist with account issues, plan usage, and platform navigation.

4. Vendor Management

• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with onboarded vendors.
• Ensure high vendor satisfaction and platform engagement.

5. Market Research

• Conduct remote outreach to discover new vendors and business opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and gather vendor feedback to enhance product offerings.

6. Reporting

• Maintain organized records of vendor engagements, registrations, plan purchases, and performance metrics.
• Submit regular reports to management.

7. Troubleshooting

• Identify and resolve operational challenges faced by vendors.
• Ensure smooth and seamless vendor transactions.

Compensation

• Base Salary: ₦30,000 per month
• Incentive: ₦1,000 for every successful vendor onboarded

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in sales, vendor management, or field operations (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
• Comfortable with online platforms and digital registration processes.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and general computer use.
