Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage one of our client’s online presence across multiple platforms. This hybrid role requires someone who can work both remotely and on-site as needed. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing content, managing campaigns, increasing brand visibility, and engaging with our online audience to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals
• Create engaging content (graphics, text, video) for social platforms
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement
• Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports
• Respond professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns
• Monitor trends and adjust strategies to improve engagement
• Maintain consistent brand voice across all digital platforms
• Attend in-person meetings or content sessions when required (hybrid)

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Ability to create content using basic design or editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work on-site occasionally (hybrid requirement)

Nice-to-Have (Not Required):

• Experience with paid advertising (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads)
• Knowledge of SEO or digital marketing strategies
• Experience working with service-based or tech companies
