Job Summary
The Remote Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing timely and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and online support platforms. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a high level of professionalism while working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a prompt, courteous, and accurate manner.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns, determining causes, selecting solutions, and following up to ensure full resolution.
- Document interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company CRM system.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates as needed.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Maintain product knowledge to guide customers effectively.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Protect customer privacy and maintain confidentiality in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
