Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager
Experience: 3+ Years
Location: New Delhi-110030
Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹55,000 per month+ Commission
Employment Type: Full-Time

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, especially for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and related software products.
  • Convert potential lead to customers through Direct Sales, Partnership, etc
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized software solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports for management.
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to generate leads and promote brand visibility.

Key Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales of IT products (preferably CLM or enterprise software).
  • Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.
  • Good Presentation skills .
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and client-handling abilities.
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them in business terms.
  • Target-driven with a problem-solving mindset.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Mandatory: MBA (Marketing/Sales/IT or related field)

Preferred Attributes:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.
