Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹55,000 per month+ Commission
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, especially for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and related software products.
- Convert potential lead to customers through Direct Sales, Partnership, etc
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized software solutions to meet their business needs.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams including pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports for management.
- Attend industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to generate leads and promote brand visibility.
Key Skills Required:
- Proven experience in B2B sales of IT products (preferably CLM or enterprise software).
- Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.
- Good Presentation skills .
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them in business terms.
- Target-driven with a problem-solving mindset.
Educational Qualifications:
- Mandatory: MBA (Marketing/Sales/IT or related field)
Preferred Attributes:
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.
