Executive - Network Governance Operations (French Speaker)

Key Responsibilities:

•    Develop, update, and maintain governance policies, SOPs, and compliance campaigns with QNET Compliance and The V Network Governance Manager.
•    Translate policies into user-friendly guidelines, toolkits, and awareness campaigns for leaders and Team Offices.
•    Design and implement recognition and incentive programs to reward governance excellence, compliance performance, and ethical leadership.

Operations, Reporting & Process Improvement
•    Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency in audits, compliance reporting, and complaint handling.
•    Maintain centralized databases of Team Offices, TOLs, VELs, and compliance cases by region.

•    Consolidate and prepare monthly and quarterly governance reports, highlighting compliance trends, risks, and regional performance for management review.

Training, Compliance & Regulatory Support
•    Support the development and rollout of governance and compliance training modules for Leaders, Team Offices, and Independent Distributors (IDs).
•    Compile governance initiatives, compliance reports, and documentation required for submission to QNET Compliance, Network Compliance, or relevant regulatory bodies.

    Stakeholder Coordination & Project Support
•    Coordinate with The V’s Government Relations team and QNET Compliance to support forums, workshops, and external engagements.
•    Assist in developing tools, templates, and process innovations that enhance departmental efficiency and cross-regional coordination.
•    Provide project management support for ongoing governance campaigns, system upgrades, and inter-departmental initiatives

Requirements for the Role:


     Cultural & Language Proficiency
•    Strong understanding of African culture, context, and networks, with professional working proficiency in both French and English.

     Experience & Functional Expertise
•    3–5 years experience in operations, project management, compliance, training support, or process development.
•    Experience creating SOPs, toolkits, workflows and process improvements, and working with cross-functional teams.

     Project, Communication & Analytical Skills
•    Strong project management, organization, and communication skills, able to simplify policies into user-friendly materials.
•    Skilled in data management, reporting, and analytics, with the ability to extract insights for decision-making.

     Professionalism & Work Ethic
•    High integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
•    Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work flexible hours when needed for cross-regional coordination.

     Creativity & Digital Competency
•    Creative and proactive, with the ability to design campaigns, toolkits, or recognition programs that encourage engagement and behaviour change across diverse African markets.
•    Tech-savvy; proficient in Excel, MS Office, data-tracking tools, and digital platforms (CRM experience is an advantage).
