The Responsibilities of the Role:

•    Function as a reliable communication intermediary between HR Corporate and Operation in ensuring resolution of all Recruitment, Employee Disciplinary and Reaction, Expatriate Management and Personnel Administration, Compensation and Benefits related matters.
•    Serve as a primary point of coordination between Recruitment and Operations in managing end-to-end new hire activities.
•    Facilitate and coordinate the recruitment process by liaising with the Recruitment Unit on candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, onboarding arrangements, and ensuring timely completion of all related documentation.
•    Providing support, supervision and function as a reliable intermediary between Operations and ERIR unite in the handling Employee Disciplinary and Relation and Expatriate Management Related matters.
•    To comply and adhere to and ensure Operation compliance and adherence to the ISO documentation requirement for ER-IR.
•    Conduct New Hire Induction, explain on the benefits and terms and conditions, send email to the new hires after completing the Induction and obtain employee acknowledgement, or obtain physical document sign off for face-to-face induction session.
•    Manage Personnel Action Form (PAF) handling variable pay-out, employee movement, transfer and redundancy process as stipulated in the SOP. Ensure the approval of CFO is completed for PAF with a monetary change, completion of the documentation and employee sign off to the department server or Personnel files.

 

The Requirements for the Role :

•    Diploma/Degree holder with at least 1-year relevant working experience, preferably in Customer Service / Contact Centre environment.
•    One year of experience in the current function or equivalent capacity.
•    Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.
•    Possess strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
•    Demonstrates effective teamwork towards fostering constructive working relationships within intra and cross-functional teams.
•    Possess strong presentation and mentoring skills.
•    Resourceful, independent and pleasant disposition.
•    Willingness to travel.

The Offer :

  • Monthly Salary (RM 2800 -RM 3500; will commensurate with relevant experience)
