What You'll Do:
- Assist Customers and Engineers: Diagnose and resolve technical or service-related issues for our customers through calls or digital interactions.
- Troubleshoot Problems: Identify hardware or software issues and provide effective solutions.
- Educate and Advise: Use your experience and our guideline documentation to educate customers and ensure their technical issues are resolved.
- Share Insights: Provide valuable input on recurring customer problems to our technical team.
- Collaborate: Work closely with Team Leaders / CC managers and provide feedback for continual improvement.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Educational Background: Diploma or degree in IT-related disciplines.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin / Cantonese.
- Fresh Graduates Welcome: If you're fluent in Mandarin / Cantonese, we encourage you to apply! We provide the necessary training and support.
- Technical knowledge: Understanding of desktop, laptop and tablet’s hardware and technology with problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Work Schedule:
- Operating Hours: 24/7
- Workdays: 5-day work week with off days based on a roster.
