What You'll Own:
- Serve as the senior analytical expert, defining and executing complex analysis projects from end-to-end.
- Translate high-level business objectives and challenges into detailed analytical requirements and data models.
- Write and optimize complex queries using MySQL to extract, manipulate, and validate large datasets.
- Develop robust scripts and models using Python for data processing, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
- Design, build, and maintain sophisticated BI dashboards that provide clear, real-time views of key business performance indicators (KPIs).
What You'll Bring (Essential Skills):
- Proven experience in a senior or expert-level Business Analyst role.
- Exceptional analytical & logical thinking coupled with a demonstrated ability to tackle complex problem-solving.
- Mastery of SQL (MySQL) for advanced querying, performance tuning, and data management.
- Advanced proficiency in Python for data analytics (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
- Expert-level ability to create impactful BI dashboards (e.g., using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Sisense etc.).
