Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Excel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.
• Ensure data governance and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Continuously monitor KPIs and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for optimization.
• Implement end-to-end reporting automation, including data download, data formatting, report generation, and report distribution using advanced tools and scripting.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, data validation, conditional formatting, and VBA macros for automation.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, data visualization, and end-to-end reporting automation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
• Ability to apply AI techniques such as predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and automation using AI-powered tools to enhance reporting and decision-making.
