The Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Assist identifying and developing new sources for recruitment to support the company's growing needs.
  • To source for potential candidates using agreed selection criteria.
  • To conduct initial telephone interviews with potential candidates.
  • To arrange interviews schedule with Lenovo hiring managers and to coordinate accordingly with Scicom HR on selection or rejection.  
  • Maintain recruitment data on applicants received through to successful/ unsuccessful candidates.
  • Provide recruitment KPI's as and when required.
  • Liaise with appropriate agencies in the facilitation of recruitment initiatives (when authorized by Scicom HR).
  • Participate in job fairs and develop and maintain contacts with schools, colleges, universities to find and attract suitable applicants.
  • Assist the M-Recruitment in ensuring that all data related to recruitment is tracked with both quantitative and qualitative reports.
  • Ensure the timely production of MIS / update reports on recruitment.

 

The Requirements for the Role :

  • Fluent in both read and write in Mandarin & English (Cantonese is an added advantage)
  • Graduate/ Diploma holder, preferably in HR/Business studies.
  • At least 1 year’s work experience in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Computer literate - MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

 

The Offer :

  • Monthly Salary (RM 4000 -RM 4500; will commensurate with relevant experience)
