The Position:
We are seeking an experienced SQL Developer with strong data engineering and analytical capabilities to support data-driven decision-making. This role requires deep expertise in SQL, the ability to manage complex datasets, and strong collaboration skills in a fast-paced, multilingual environment.
The Responsibilities of the Role:
· Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database solutions.
· Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation to ensure high data accuracy and integrity.
· Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights for business stakeholders.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, including query optimization and database tuning.
· Maintain proper documentation of data processes, workflows, and reporting logic.
· Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs in line with business expectations.
The Requirement for the Role:
· Education & Experience
o Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
o Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SQL development.
· Technical Skills
o Advanced proficiency in SQL, including:
o Complex joins, subqueries, window functions
o Stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning
o Data manipulation and optimization
· Strong experience in:
o Data analysis, ETL processes, or database management
o Familiarity with relational databases such as:
o SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
· Language Requirement
o Mandatory: Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)
o Good command of English for business communication

o Highly self-driven with the ability to work independently
o Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
o Able to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
o Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
o Experience with data visualization tools such as:
o Power BI, Tableau, or similar
· Exposure to:
o Data warehousing, ETL tools (SSIS, Talend, etc.)
o Python or other scripting languages
o Experience working in cross-regional or multinational environments
