Semitrone Conchem Ltd is looking for a talented Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to lead our sales and marketing efforts within the dynamic construction chemicals Manufacturing Company.

In this role, you will be developing and executing effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns that drive business growth and enhance our market presence. You will collaborate with  teams to ensure the Company products, like waterproofing, Tile Adhesives, Grouts and Sealants and Infrastructure Products  

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹250,000 - ₹400,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
• Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics
• Conduct market research to inform decision-making
• Coordinate promotional activities and campaigns
• Collaborate with the product development team on new offerings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
