Responsibilities
- Conduct energy modeling using eQuest software to evaluate building performance
- Analyze energy consumption patterns and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate energy-efficient design strategies
- Prepare detailed energy reports and documentation for client projects
- Stay updated on energy code requirements and sustainability practices
- Participate in project meetings and present findings to stakeholders
- Assist in the development of energy efficiency programs and initiatives
- Support project management by tracking progress and meeting deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in energy modeling and analysis
- Proficiency in eQuest software and energy modeling techniques
- Strong understanding of building systems and energy efficiency principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with sustainability certifications (LEED, BREEAM) is a plus
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
