SFE Engineering is looking for an Office Administrator specialized in digital marketing to join our team in Flushing. Responsibilities

• Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks
• Support digital marketing efforts including social media management
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotions
• Help create content for newsletters, blogs, and website updates
• Maintain organized records of marketing activities and analytics
• Assist in organizing company events and meetings
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement marketing ideas
• Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• college graduates; additional education in marketing or business is a plus
• Strong interest in building science and administrative functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially using excel to perform calculation and data organizations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with email campaign and digital marketing tools is preferred
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
