Position Overview

We are looking for motivated and experienced Customer Service Representatives to provide inbound phone, chat, or email support depending on the client program selected. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, offering flexibility and the ability to set your own schedule while working from home.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity
• Provide accurate information regarding products, accounts, and policies
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Maintain a high level of service quality and meet client performance standards
• Document all interactions according to client program requirements
• Participate in required client certification courses before servicing
• Communicate professionally with SHuff Enterprise support staff when needed
• Work independently to manage time, tasks, and performance metrics

Requirements

• Must live in USA
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required
• Prior remote work experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, patient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
• Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
• Required equipment:
  • Desktop or laptop computer (Windows or Mac)
  • High-speed internet connection
  • USB headset
  • Mouse, keyboard
• Basic technical skills (navigating apps, troubleshooting minor issues)
• Familiarity with CRM or call center tools is a plus

Compensation

• Earnings typically range between $13.50 – $17.00 per hour, depending on the selected client program and performance metrics.
• Contractors are paid based on service intervals completed (not hourly employment).
• Agents choose their own schedules based on available client scheduling windows.
