Role Description
As a Talent Business Partner, you will drive the talent agenda, oversee recruitment, and collaborate with HR and business leaders to deliver exceptional hiring experiences.
Responsibilities
- Act as an expert on internal talent trends and advise business teams on opportunities.
- Drive the Talent Agenda with business leaders and HRBPs, focusing on demand planning and succession planning.
- Develop and execute Talent strategies to build diverse internal and external pipelines for short- and long-term needs.
- Manage the internal vacancy process from start to finish for various role levels.
- Explore and implement alternative hiring channels to meet talent needs.
Requirement
- At least 4 years of experience in Talent Management, preferably in a global FMCG or retail company.
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills are essential.
- Experience with international recruitment and procedures is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in MS Office, HR systems, digital sourcing tools, and social media platforms.
