SK Stones USA is looking for a dedicated Veterans Customer Success Manager to join our team remotely from Boynton Beach. Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Familiarity with CRM software is preferred

• Understanding of the retail industry is a plus
