  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and inefficiencies
  • Flag underperformance and escalate issues when needed
  • Use data to drive decisions that improve marketplace quality

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships
  • Work directly with brokers to improve pricing, fulfillment, and behavior
  • Balance relationship-building with enforcing standards

Negotiation & Accountability

  • Hold brokers accountable to marketplace standards
  • Identify inconsistencies or risky behavior and address directly
  • Influence partners to improve performance and reliability

Operations & Risk Management

  • Proactively identify fulfillment risks and mitigate issues before they impact customers
  • Support onboarding of new brokers and ensure proper setup and compliance
  • Partner with internal teams (Operations, Product, Customer Experience) to resolve issues

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 1–3 years in a data-driven, analytical, or business-facing role
  • Background in operations, analytics, account management, or customer success

Skills

  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data (Excel required, SQL a plus)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to make decisions in ambiguous, fast-paced situations
  • High level of ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability

Nice to Have

  • Interest in sports, concerts, live events, or ticketing marketplaces
  • Experience working in a performance-driven or marketplace environment

Training & Development

  • Structured onboarding with hands-on exposure to real broker scenarios
  • Direct mentorship from Broker Relations leadership
  • Ongoing development in analytics, negotiation, and marketplace strategy
