About the Role

We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support the core operational engine behind GoTickets.

This role will focus on data accuracy, process improvement, and automation, helping ensure that events, listings, and internal workflows run efficiently at scale. You’ll work closely with operations, product, and engineering to identify issues, improve systems, and build smarter processes.

This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role with strong visibility and growth potential into analytics, operations, or engineering-focused paths.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Data Management

• Maintain and improve the accuracy of event and ticket data across the platform
• Identify inconsistencies, duplicates, or gaps in large datasets
• Monitor workflows and proactively flag operational issues

Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify manual or inefficient processes and help automate them
• Build and optimize workflows using tools, scripts, or internal systems
• Partner with technical teams to improve operational infrastructure

Analysis & Problem Solving

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
• Build reports and dashboards to track performance and accuracy
• Support ad hoc analysis tied to revenue, inventory, and marketplace performance

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams
• Help translate business problems into structured, data-driven solutions
• Support rollout of new tools, features, and operational processes

What We’re Looking For

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or graduating soon) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
• High attention to detail with ability to work with large datasets
• Proficiency or exposure to:
  • Excel / Google Sheets
  • SQL or data querying
  • Python or scripting (preferred but not required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or project experience involving:
  • Data analysis, automation, or backend systems
  • Process improvement or operational workflows
• Familiarity with:
  • APIs, databases, or data pipelines
  • Linux / technical environments
• Interest in automation, AI tools, or improving systems at scale
