Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, efficiently addressing their needs via Kannada or Telugu or Hindi.
- Provide detailed product information and troubleshoot customer issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer experiences.
- Assist in developing customer care strategies that promote customer retention.
- Train and mentor new staff on customer care best practices.
- Gather customer feedback and report insights to improve service offerings.
- Manage escalated complaints or feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Participate in team meetings to share best practices and discuss improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or related roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
- High school diploma; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Flexible and willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
