As a Customer Care Executive, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and support. We offer a competitive salary range of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 monthly, along with comprehensive training to help you excel in your position.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Assist in the development of customer support policies

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in either Kannada or Telugu or Hindi
