Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and online platforms to generate leads and conversions.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits & value based on customer needs.
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain healthy communication to drive successful closures.
- Participate in product demos, webinars, and training sessions to enhance understanding and sales approach.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track prospects, and prepare sales reports.
Skills & Qualifications
- Freshers or candidates with up to 3 year of experience in sales, business development or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English (spoken and written).
- Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions confidently.
- Good negotiation, objection-handling, and rapport-building skills.
