At Sofueled, we build web applications, mobile apps, cloud solutions, and product engineering services for clients across the globe. We're looking for a self-driven Business Development Executive who enjoys creating opportunities, solving business problems, and driving revenue.

Your responsibilities

  • Build and manage your own pipeline through research, networking, referrals, email, LinkedIn, and calls.
  • Own the complete sales cycle from first outreach and discovery to proposals, negotiations, and closure.
  • Understand client challenges and position Sofueled's services as business solutions.
  • Build long term relationships with founders, business leaders, and decision makers.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure smooth handover of closed accounts to the delivery team.

What We're Looking For

We believe communication, commercial thinking, and relationship building matter more than technical expertise.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • 3-6 years of B2B sales experience in IT services or technology solutions.
  • A proven track record of independently sourcing and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship building abilities.
  • A self starter mindset with accountability and ownership.
  • A good understanding of web development, mobile apps, cloud services, and software outsourcing.
  • An existing network within startups, product companies, or tech procurement teams is a strong advantage.
  • Immediate or short notice period preferred.

This Role Isn't for You If

  • You prefer working only with assigned leads.
  • You're looking for a large sales team with SDR support.
  • You don't have prior experience selling IT services or technology solutions.
